Mr. Penner has over twenty years of experience in telecommunications, networking, wireless, and fiber technologies. For the past five years he successfully operated a structured cable and fiber splicing company, with a group of highly skilled technicians and installation crews. During his 15 years with Telus (formally BCTel), Mr. Penner was responsible for product development and deployment of network facilities in Western Canada. He was also responsible for training hundreds of new apprentices in Fiber Splicing, Cable Maintenance, and Outside Plant Construction.
