About four years ago I was referred by a customer
to Morewave as a provider of high speed internet access that
could be provided in my office's area at a time that neither
ADSL nor cable was available. In a matter of a week our service
was up and our company was online at speeds that I had never
before experienced - both uploading and downloading. We send
large graphics files around to various customers and vendors
all the time and Morewave's speed made delivery and receipt
of these files seemingly instantaneous. We even ran into a
problem where those receiving our files had difficulty taking
the large file sizes we were sending due to their lack of
bandwidth!
More recently, when we moved to another location, Morewave's
Anwar Abboud and Wesley Penner went above and beyond to ensure
that our service was up and running first thing when our new
location opened for business. We're not a large account for
them but they treated us as if we were "the only"
account they had at that particular time - and this has typified
my experience with them. Over the time of their service to
us I can recall only four times when the service was down
- twice they called me to tell me what was happening before
I even knew there was a problem - and each time their service
has been restored within 15-20 minutes.
With the all encompassed costs of hosting, email provision
and high speed access they are more than competitive with
any other provider I have investigated and just a pleasure
to deal with on a day to day basis. For service, speed, flexibility,
security, reliability and price Morewave is a great deal and
I would recommend them without hesitation for all the internet
needs you may have. ADSL is now available in our area, and
yes we have been solicited many times regarding it, but to
quote another of their client's, "We're Morewavians."
